As an academic manager, I have helped so many teachers develop their skills and confidence, and I have written a book on the subject. Let me try and help you continue to improve your teaching skills and knowledge and grow in confidence.

Making the Most of Lesson Observations
Most teachers worry about being observed, especially by their manager! But there are many kinds of observations, and different ways to approach them.
As someone who has observed hundreds of teachers, but also been observed myself throughout my career, I have a strong interest in making observations a positive developmental experience. Together, we can make observations a more positive experience!
You will need to be able to use ZOOM for all online courses. Face to face lessons are possible for students in London.
